I picked up this Phoibos watch mostly because I liked the design, but I was a little worried it might be one of those watches that looks way better in photos than it does in real life. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The dial has some really nice detail, the case feels solid, and it has a look that doesn’t feel like every other watch out there. It’s simple, but still has something special about it. I’m really happy with it.

I’ve been wearing it for a bit now and it only seems to lose a few seconds a day, which isn’t bad at all for everyday use and so far I’m happy with how close the movement is running.

The watch showed up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. The box was decent and everything was packed safely, no scratches or damage or anything like that. But the presentation felt plain for what I was expecting. The manual and little extras were placed neatly, but it didn’t really give off a premium feel. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting when I ordered, which left a bit of a bad taste. Overall, the packaging did its job, but the unboxing was average and not especially impressive

I’ve been wearing this watch for a bit now, it’s not bad! It looks nice on the wrist and feels solid enough for everyday use. I did expect the finishing to be a little cleaner for the price, though. Shipping was okay, nothing special but no real issues either. Overall, decent value... just not something that totally blew me away.

I had a frustrating experience with this. I emailed them about a warranty issue and never got a proper response, which was already annoying. Then when I tried to figure out the return process, it felt way more confusing than it needed to be. After dealing with all that back and forth, I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a watch from phoiboswatch.com the whole shipping process had me wondering, why is this so complicated? The tracking just sat there without updates for days, so I had no real idea where my watch was or if it was even moving.
It ended up taking much longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait. The watches look nice, sure, but the delivery experience really took the excitement out of it for me.

i mean, for the money, this Phoibos diver has been a really solid pickup. I’ve had it for a few months now and the case finishing looks clean, the bezel lines up like it should, and the bracelet doesn’t have any weird rattly feel to it.

The crystal and lume have both held up well so far. I wear it pretty much daily, and it’s already taken a few bumps on desks and door frames without looking worse for it.

The only thing keeping it from being a 5-star watch for me is the clasp. It feels a little basic, and one edge is kind of sharp. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is something I notice when wearing it.

The watch itself is fine and works okay, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I was already a bit stressed when I reached out, and having to wait days for a reply didn’t help. They also asked me to send the same info twice, which felt like a waste of time. For the price, I expected better support.

I’ve had my Phoibos for a few months now and, to be fair, it’s been solid. I wear it at work and have taken it swimming a couple of times with no leaks or fogging, which was reassuring. The case has picked up a few small scratches, but nothing too bad. My only issue is the strap, it just doesn’t feel as dependable as the rest of the watch, and that kind of chips away at my confidence in it. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the strap felt a bit better made
